Bharti Singh-Haarsh Limbachiyaa allowed bail: The couple move home
Comedienne Bharti Singh and her actor-writer partner, Haarsh Limbachiyaa were given bail by a Magistrate session on Monday midday. The TV couple was caught by NCB on Sunday (November 22) for ownership and misuse of ganja.
A magistrate's court on Sunday sent television entertainer Bharti Singh and her scriptwriter-actor husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, to administrative arrest till December 14. Bharti and Haarsh were conferred bail on a warrant of Rs 15,000 as per the court application.Earlier, the court had commanded Bharti Singh to Kalyan jail, while hubby Haarsh Limbachiyaa was taken over Taloja prison.
A few times ago, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbichiyaa were found departing for home later they were given bail. They were guided by their family members. The couple swung their hands at the factors.
The couple was arrested later the NCB attacked their production department also house and purportedly recovered 86.5 grams of ganja.The couple had moved the court for bail on Sunday. They had been presented before the court then also remanded to administrative arrest till December 4. They were detained under the requirements of the NDPS Act in a matter of alleged property and burning of ganja. The NCB had stated that Singh and Limbachiyaa had admitted the misuse of ganja.The couple’s advocate, Ayaz Khan, had asked bail on the spots that it was not yet a single case of the government that they were selling drugs. The seized amount was small and suffering was up to a year.Bharti and Haarsh are not the alone couples whose name appeared in the narcotics case, previous the Narcotics Control Bureau had called Abigail Pandey and Sanam Johar for research.
